Q: What
is the RanchForeman Alliance Program?
A: The RanchForeman Alliance Program allows you to
make money by referring customers to our Web site. Every time
you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase,
you earn a commission.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: First, you must read and accept our Legal
Agreement. Then, you complete our online
application form. After your application is submitted, we
will contact you upon acceptance to let you know if you have been
accepted as a RanchForeman Alliance Partner, and we will provide
you with information on how to get started.
Q: Is my Web site eligible to become a RanchForeman Alliance Partner?
A: Anyone can apply to the program that has an interest
in assisting equine professionals. We especially encourage individuals
and organizations such as breed association members, retailers,
and industry-related small businesses to apply to become RanchForeman
Alliance Partners. While we are accepting applications from
all interested parties, please note that at this time we are
not able to accept all applicants. If you are not initially
selected as a RanchForeman Alliance Partner, we encourage you
to apply again at a later date.
Q: Does it cost me anything to become a RanchForeman Alliance Partner?
A: No! It's absolutely free to join the RanchForeman
Alliance Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no
minimum sales requirement.
Q: Can a Web site outside the United States be a RanchForeman Alliance Partner?
A: At the present moment, we are only accepting Alliance
Partners located within the U.S. We hope to be able to open the
program to international applicants in the near future.
Q: I operate more than one Web site. Can I still be a RanchForeman Alliance Partner?
A: Yes. You can have multiple sites as a RanchForeman
Alliance Partner. You can have one Alliance Partner account with
us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress
of each of your sites separately and be paid with only one commission
check.
Q: What is the RanchForeman Alliance Toolkit?
A: Alliance Partners may login to their account here
Upon successful login, partners may request business cards, brochures and pamplets. Those with an online presence may
also download images and banners. This collection of marketing materials is known as the RanchForeman Alliance Toolkit.
Your account does more than supply you with great marketing tips. After logging in, you may check comissions and edit
your account information.
Q: What are my responsibilities as a RanchForeman Alliance Partner?
A: The only thing you are responsible for is using the
authorized marketing materials we provide you in your RanchForeman
Alliance Toolkit to promote the image and products of RanchForeman,
Ltd. We handle everything else.
Q: What are RanchForeman's responsibilities?
A: We will provide you with the tools and support to
help you maximize sales through your site. We also handle orders,
shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us. We will
even remind customers about their referral number.
Q: I don't have a Web site. Can I still apply?
A: Of course. In order for us to accept you as a RanchForeman
Alliance Partner, you must provide the information requested in
the application and communicate
with a RanchForeman Alliance Program representative prior to acceptance.
There are no other requirements.
Q: How do I change my account information?
A: Alliance Partners may login to their respective online accounts here, or as with any RanchForeman Equine Software
subscription holder, you may contact us at anytime.

Q: How do I create links?
A: Creating links is easy. All you have to do is go
to the RanchForeman Alliance Toolkit and follow the step-by-step
instructions. The site has an automatic tag generator that will
create HTML for you to cut and paste into your Web site. It
is easy to use, even beginners can create links in seconds.
Q: Where should I place the links on my site?
A: You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your home page. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.
Q: How often should I update my links?
A: You should update links to our products frequently. We are constantly adding new products, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.
Q: Can I use your content on my site?
A: You may use the logos and content we license to you. However, you may not use logos that have not been specifically licensed to you. We will not be able to track your earnings and pay you the commission you deserve if you use a non-authorized logo or content.

Q: How do I know how much commission I've earned?
A: When you are accepted as a RanchForeman Alliance Partner,
you will be able to earn a commission up to 10% of the licensing
fee for every sale. You may contact RanchForeman, Ltd. to request
any Alliance Program account information. Please have your referral
number ready.
Q: How often do I get paid?
A: We will send you a check for a percentage of the sales
you referred to our site every month. Payments will be made based
upon the current schedule at RanchForeman, Ltd. and will be made
once a month.
Q: Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
A: Yes! When you buy products from us through your Web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.
Q: Who processes orders and handles customer service?
A: It's easy! We do all of that for the customers that
you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your
site and spread the word. We do the rest!
Q: How will you know that the orders
came from my site and/or my recommendation?
A: All links from your site to our site contain a unique
identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site,
we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only
possible, though, when you create all of your links with the
approved logos on the RanchForeman Alliance Toolkit site. When
purchases result from a referral you made in person, the new
client must provide your referral number in order for
you to receive your commission.
