RanchForeman Equine Management Software is a record keeping and marketing application available over the Internet that has the most comprehensive security available today.

RanchForeman subscribers can access their pedigrees, billing system, health records, farrier schedules and much more from anywhere in the world that has an Internet connection. They can do this knowing that their data is protected with the same technology utilized by Fortune 100 Banking Institutions and military organizations.

This equine software suite was designed so that businesses of all sizes would be able to become more efficient, establish a more well known identity in the equine industry, and thus become more profitable.

General Equine Software Information

Account Access
Each account is guarded by 128-bit encryption and requires a username and password to gain access. Entrance to your account is granted by entering your codes through the login screen.

Navigation
RanchForeman Equine Management Software is the most intuitive software suite on the market. The program is divided into five sections. All information and tasks are sensibly grouped within the sections. Photos and visual representations of charts, graphs and buttons make getting around in the program a cinch.

Managing Equine
Horses and clients are organized by list and sortable by columns. After choosing a horse or group of horses or client, information is entered and saved. Reports and results are available to view and print anytime.

Managing Staff
Staff is managed first by access level. Individuals can be assigned to scheduled tasks from which daily, weekly, or monthly calendars are created and printed.

Barn Management

Pedigrees
Lineage for horses is saved in pedigree form for easy recall. Inputting horses with similar lineage is done quickly with the pedigree memory function. Pedigrees can be printed anytime and listed on Featured Horses’ Web pages.

Schedules and Instructions
Feeding, cleaning, grooming, and other barn-related tasks can be stored with instructions and staff assigned to specific times. Reports on each can be viewed and printed.

Manage Locations
Find out which horse is in which location. Lists can be printed of all equine housing.

Health Records
Manage daily health routines to annual vaccinations with buildable medication lists and scheduled reminders. Health records can be input by individual horse or by group. Reports and cost analysis can be printed by herd or single horse.

Farrier Records
Manage daily health routines to annual vaccinations with buildable medication lists and scheduled reminders. Health records can be input by individual horse or by group. Reports and cost analysis can be printed by herd or single horse.

Breeding Records

Breeding
Keep track of all breedings by recording dates, methods, and results. Breeding schedules, stallion reports, and pregnancy check reminders are generated easily.

Semen Evaluation
Standard information about each semen collection can be stored and later referenced for evaluation, shipping or breeding purposes.

Palpations
Palpation and ultrasound results for mares can be recorded and referenced. Reminders can be created, and reports can be viewed.

Embryo Transfer
Track all facets of embryo transfer in your donor and recipient mares, from breeding to flushing to implanting to foaling.

Heat Cycle Tracking
Remain informed of estrous cycles for each of your mares. Entering information about each cycle creates a list of estrus vs. diestrus dates on the mare’s calendar for you to view.

Training and Showing

Progressions
Become a more effective trainer by referencing your recorded sessions. Available for both horses and students, you are able to refer to appointments to see the progress your trainees have made.

Show Results
Shows can be evaluated by tracking show results and show costs. You are able to see how many shows you attended, locations, and the outcomes of each.

Accounting

Expenses and Income
By recording business purchases and sales, you can see profit margins for your operation. Expense and income lists are sortable and various reports are available to print.

Invoicing
Invoices are easily created based on client transactions. Each invoice is saved for reference and editing. From invoice formation, client accounts are created to post payments and view balances.

Reports
A profit and loss statement can be printed by month or year. Additional reports can be created and printed comparing profit to loss in many different categories.

Web site
RanchForeman EMS allows you to have your own personal Web site and URL. By combining your creativity along with specific information from your account (chosen by you), you are able to create your Web site for the world to see. While being innovative and professional, the simplicity of it is the best feature.

Browse Ranches
This feature is provided by RanchForeman, Ltd. to showcase Web sites on our network. The public will be able to access your personal Web site through the site list and can browse through your site when visiting RanchForeman Ranches.

MarketPlace
By having horses for sale on your personal Web site, they will be automatically incorporated into the RanchForeman MarketPlace. A photo and description will appear in the Horses For Sale section. This allows more than one outlet for sale horses from your operation.
